Thoughts On Fort Hood Terrorist Nidal Hassan…

Give him death.

He was found guilty of murder on all counts.  Give him death.

Give him death to send a message of deterrence and, while you’re at it, so he can enjoy his 72 virgins.  Don’t wanna deprive the fella.

And for those of you who think there’s no segment of the population that would be deterred from committing murder if you instituted the death penalty, think again.

Even though some would do it no matter what, others, of course, would be fearful and abstain if they knew a swift death awaited them.

Think about it this way: if on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you knew you’d face the death penalty for committing murder, you’d see a shift to Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  It only makes sense.  Emote less.  Think more.  It’s only rational.

I’m not saying this would work with everyone.  I’m saying it would work for some.  And some is better than none.

Even parking tickets prohibit us from parking in the red.  You don’t think this would work?

Moreover, there’s a good reason why, when asking Cain about Abel, God refers to Abel’s bloodS—-PLURAL.  God is aware of the gravity of what Cain has done.  Murder isn’t larceny.  It’s the most serious crime you can commit.

By murdering Abel, Cain cut off an entire chain.  It’s not just that Abel was gone. It was all the kids, grandkids and so forth that he would have had had he been allowed to live.

As a result, the only way to pay when you’ve committed this particular crime is with your own life.  It is only fair.  Only equal. Liberals, who seem to be obsessed with equality, should understand this.  Why should Nadal live, comfortably, I might add, when his victims will never see light again?  When their families and other loved ones will continue to spend the balance of their lives in mourning?  That’s not unfair?

And if you think you’re going to throw the Ten Commandments in my face, reconsider. The Bible does not prohibit killing.  It prohibits murder.  Not all killing is equal.  The Americans who killed Nazis in WWII are not the same as the Nazis who murdered Jews.  If you perceive them as the same, stop reading my blog.  I can’t help you.

Thinking saves more lives than emoting.
